In this role, he will focus on building loyalty and managing customer relationships to ensure long-term retention for the company’s 300+ clients focusing on LGBTQ+ inclusion. “Having witnessed Devin's exceptional talent as an empathetic host and moderator for WorkPride over the last couple of years, we are delighted to announce that he has joined the myGwork team as Customer Success Manager to help us in our mission to create open, progressive and productive workplaces where everyone can be their authentic selves, regardless of how they identify,” stated myGwork’s Co-Founders Adrien (CMO) and Pierre Gaubert (CEO).
Raised in Boston, MA in the US, Devin played for Major League Rugby team, the New England Free Jacks, during the 2019 exhibition season. He won a gold medal while representing Team USA at the 2017 World Maccabiah Games in Israel. He also won the 2018 D1 National Championship with his club team, Mystic River Rugby Club. When not playing, Devin has coached rugby at Westlake Boys High School in New Zealand, his alma mater Brookline High School and most recently with the Northeast Academy. He holds a degree in sport management and education from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Since retiring from professional Rugby, Devin became the Global Ambassador for International Gay Rugby (IGR) in May 2021, and is a public speaker focusing on community outreach to inspire the next generation of LGBTQ+ athletes and make sport an inclusive space for them. He recently relocated to London from the US to join myGwork.
Commenting on the new role, Devin said: "Joining the myGwork team as a Customer Success Manager is an absolute dream come true and will allow me to spend the next several years with my partner Fergus, in London. After working in a professional sports environment, my experience with myGwork is proving to be a lovely change with an incredibly supportive and collaborative working environment full of LGBTQ+ co-workers and allies – something I never envisioned for myself. Now I have the chance to work directly with clients on their DE&I practices and help influence change within organizations and industries to make more inclusive spaces that welcome LGBTQ+ co-workers."
