Survey: Non-binary Experiences at Work
Recognition of non-binary identity and rights has been on the agenda in advanced democratic countries, with remarkable inroads to legal recognition and cultural acceptance. However, this progress received mixed responses. There have also been some cultural backlash and legal setbacks. One of the less explored aspects of non-binary experience is that of the workplace experiences of non-binary individuals. To fill this gap, this survey will explore the workplace experiences of non-binary individuals.
The survey will help researchers understand nonbinary experience and policy makers to craft organisational interventions for better accommodation of nonbinary individuals at work.
