The fifth edition of WorkPride is just around the corner, taking place from June 17th to 21st during Pride Month. Hosted by myGwork, this five-day virtual global conference brings together thousands of attendees from across the world to share insights and strategies for creating inclusive workplaces that respect and celebrate all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions.
Following the success of last year's conference, WorkPride 2024 promises to be an invaluable opportunity for LGBTQ+ professionals, graduates, allies, and employers to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and promote workplace inclusion. With over 250 experts delivering 60 panels and workshops, participants can look forward to a wide range of sessions designed to inspire and educate. Don’t miss this year’s comprehensive line-up of LGBTQ+ and DEI topics. What’s more it’s completely free to register, regardless of how many sessions you sign up for. In fact, those who register for five or more panels will earn a Certificate of Attendance and Inclusion, recognizing their commitment to fostering inclusive work environments.
Over the past decade, myGwork has been at the forefront of empowering and accelerating LGBTQ+ inclusion within workplaces. The upcoming WorkPride conference also commemorates myGwork's 10th anniversary, and is proudly headlined by Booking.com, with additional sponsorship from leading corporations such as RS Group, Santander UK, Amazon, JP Morgan, Clifford Chance, Warner Bros. Discovery, Standard Chartered Bank, Omnicom, Pfizer, S&P Global, Taylor Wessing, and many others.
WorkPride 2024 conference promises to be a dynamic platform for dialogue, learning, and collaboration. “Join us as we celebrate a decade of myGwork's impact and collectively chart the course for the next era of LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace,” said myGwork's co-founders Adrien and Pierre Gaubert.
