She also works on LGBTQI+ inclusion in sports, particularly as Campaign Lead for the Football v Transphobia campaign which advocates for making football a better place for transgender people. She has spoken about the inclusion of trans people in various international forums speaking to governments, intergovernmental organisations, sports bodies, grassroots organisations and the media in recent years. Natalie also consults and advises sporting organisations on trans rights and gender eligibility regulations. She lives in Surrey with her wife Charlotte (a writer, veterinarian & academic) and two orange cats Barney & George.
