WorkPride 2024 (in Spanish): Iberoamérica, su diversidad étnica, geográfica y cultural con perspectiva LGBTQ+.


Iberoamérica es una amplia región unida por sus lazos culturales, más que por una situación geográfica, al abarcar tanto a España y Portugal, en Europa, como a los países de Latinoamérica.

 

Estos lazos culturales, favorecidos por los idiomas en común, son una oportunidad para compartir buenas prácticas en diversidad LGBTQ+ y aprender sobre los casos de éxito.

 

También, y al mismo tiempo, hay una gran diversidad cultural, étnica y de otros muchos ámbitos que nos llevan a tener que analizar los avances en la región con una perspectiva más local y adaptada a la realidad de cada país.
