I live with late-diagnosed ADHD, anxiety and depression, and am very open about all aspects of my lived experience at the intersection of all these things.

Her passion lies in fostering mental well-being and empowering marginalized communities. Throughout her career, Sanisha has been a champion for creating a more equitable and diverse landscape, both within workplaces and beyond. Her impactful initiatives include developing access to leadership programs, empowerment workshops, and cultural awareness webinars. She tackles complex issues like race equity, mental health, and LGBTQ+ inclusion with an intersectional lens, fostering a safe space for open dialogue and collective learning. Sanisha's expertise extends to her exceptional facilitation skills. She tailors her approach to each audience, ensuring everyone feels comfortable participating and contributing. Further amplifying her impact, Sanisha took the stage as a TEDx speaker in 2021, delivering a powerful message on the strength found in vulnerability. Sanisha firmly believes that every voice matters, and her work consistently strives to elevate the voices of others.

  Heath Clayton is the Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) for Consumer & Community Banking at JPMorgan Chase. In this role he sets the DEI strategy for Chase’s over 140,000 employees. He began his professional career in 2007 at The White House and worked in government for two years before ultimately deciding to continue his career by making an impact in the private sector. He previously served as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Inclusion Officer at Deloitte, creating engaging experiences for audiences around the world to help them reach their full potential. Heath is an expert in Residence at Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz School of Public Policy advising on corporate social responsibility and diversity & inclusion. He is the Board Chair of two organizations - Out for Undergrad, the largest LGBTQ+ undergraduate non-profit and Texas Native Health, a Native American health clinic and workforce development center. Heath is Chickasaw and attended Carnegie Mellon University for graduate school in Public Policy and Management on a tribal affairs fellowship. He was honored to be a 2022 Presidential Leadership Scholar, working with former U.S. Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush to advance racial equity and career opportunities for Native American youth.

  Sabah Choudrey

  Reluctant activist on most things trans, brown and hairy. Sabah co-founded Trans Pride Brighton in 2013 and made The Rainbow List in 2015, celebrating 101 of the most influential LGBT people in Britain. Sabah has built a presence across UK and Europe, speaking at TEDx Brixton, ILGA Europe, IDAHOT Brussels, Malmö Pride about intersectionality, identity and inclusion. A proud trans youth worker for 10 years, currently Senior Youth Work Practitioner at Gendered Intelligence and Director of Colours Youth Network supporting LGBTQ POC young people in UK and Director for Middlesex Pride. They are a trustee for Inclusive Mosque Initiative. Sabah is an experienced Psychotherapist and Artist Wellbeing and Care Practitioner supporting LGBTQ theatre and has experience with Milk Presents and Krishna Istha. Sabah is the winner of the Gay Times Future Fighters Honour and the National Advisor for LGBT Health Award. Based in West London, their passions also include fostering cats and talking to houseplants. Their book 'Supporting Trans People of Colour: How To Make Your Practice Inclusive' is out now.
