Bill Dickinson, D.Min., RCC
MANAGING PARTNER
C3 LEADERSHIP
After 25 years as an ordained Roman Catholic priest, I made the choice to better practice self-leadership. Although I enjoyed and loved ministry to people, it was time I reconciled myself with who I was both as a man of God and a gay Man. And, so at 54 years old I fully and proudly came out both personally and professionally.
What was critical to this decision was elevating my self-leadership to more authentically align with the leadership development work I was doing with and for others as a thought leader and senior leadership advisor. I have not looked back. Indeed, I enjoy a meaningful life with my partner of ten years, Cesar Mendoza. Together, we own C3 Leadership and we do leadership and marketing development for such companies as Mercedes Benz, AbbVie Biopharmaceutical, TireHub, Boeing, Synchrony Financial, Brookhaven Police Department, et al.
As an executive coach for senior and C-Suite leaders, I provide clarity, empathy, and possibility for those who want to advance their careers or overcome a limitation. Furthermore, I design and deliver all of my own leadership material for engagement and sustainability in workplace applications. Cesar and I are beginning the retirement conversations while enjoying our work immensely. We enjoy the outdoors, entertaining, and traveling.
