Expert Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Trainer, Expert Writer
My Coaching and Psychotherapy clients include, but are not limited to: CEOs, (Global) Heads of Departments, Directors, Executives, Managers and Business Owners from around the world. I have helped leaders use their voices, find and use their courage, including helping women leaders especially, balance work, life, relationships, parenthood, anxiety and sanity with success. I particularly welcome clients who identify as LGBTQ+ and who may not necessarily be out to their wider community or family.
We have addressed the high level of stress, demands and isolation at the top, problems with relationships both personal and professional. Fears, insecurity, the ever-present Imposter Syndrome and the regrets and anger that comes with having had to make sacrifices of not having a family in order to have had a career.
Increasingly, I am witnessing Organisational Genocide™ towards women employees over 50 who are being pushed out of careers while male counterparts continue to be celebrated and championed. I have supported many women leaders to address grief, anger and for some, the trauma of rejection and abandonment after years of service and sacrifice.
My focus is on helping clients transform their lives through rewriting old scripts and to help you live the life you deserve rather than the one you're tolerating.
As an Indian Lesbian Woman who is part of the LGBTQ+ community, coming out at 32, I am keen to support AND CELEBRATE fellow LGBTQ+ individuals navigate their sexuality and gender identity through affirmative support.
My personal, therapeutic experience and clinical expertise enables me to have a deep and unique understanding clients from BAME (particularly South Asian) LGBTQ+ communities around the world. As a result of my work, I was invited to become a Pride 365 Champion (Certified) which is a huge honour for a little girl from East Africa.
I am available for paid speaking engagements to share my story and the lessons learned and offer training on Intersectionality and Inclusivity, Mental Health and how to create a safe workplace where employees can thrive from a LIVED and academic perspective to organisations.
Please note I do NOT offer pro bono work so please don't ask for OR expect it. I expect to be paid for my work like everyone else.
