In this role, he is the Wealth Management Solutions product management lead for investments, lending, banking, mortgages, trusts & estates, insurance and retirement products that we offer clients across the wealth spectrum, from affluent clients across our ~5,000 Chase branches to deca-billionaires in our ~50 Private Bank offices globally. He is responsible for enabling the transformation of the product organization into a product / design-led & agile operating model. Additionally, he ensures our product strategy & roadmaps are aligned with business priorities. Bandar joined JP Morgan in 2014 and prior to his current role, he was in the Consumer & Community Banking Product team where he led go-to-market for the Online Investing platform and several other digital product launches on Chase.com and the mobile app. Bandar started his career at JP Morgan in AWM before joining CCB and worked on the Department of Labor Fiduciary Rule and the program aimed to transform Client Onboarding & AML/KYC processes. Prior to JP Morgan, Bandar had different jobs across several industries, including Telecom & Media, Semiconductors and Management Consulting. He received a BS & MS in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Columbia University, respectively.
