  My talent is helping you find and talk about yours. I am a talent coach and career transition guide. In my previous chapter, I spent 25 years working in Human Resources in the Life Sciences sector, holding various European and global leadership roles. My years in HR and talent management provided me with unique insights into how organizations attract, develop, and promote talent in alignment with their strategy and future capability needs. I also have extensive experience in reorganizations. Beyond my coaching skills, I bring my professional expertise to the table, advising my clients on how to own their talent and successfully navigate their career crossroads. I am particularly passionate about guiding individuals through midlife career transitions. In a world where longevity is increasing, I recognize the importance of embracing innovative career models that support lifelong learning and earning. I collaborate with my clients to design resilient, future-proof career paths, addressing ageism head-on. In addition to my one-on-one coaching practice, I am now embarking on a new adventure, taking like-minded explorers on a unique, luxurious personal development retreat to the South African wilderness.
