Mujeres LBTI+: Visibles e Increíbles
Dentro de la comunidad de myGwork, abril es el mes dedicado a las mujeres LBTI+. Un mes que incluye fechas destacadas como el Día de la Visibilidad Lésbica; día en el que se enmarca este evento, ampliando el marco a otras diversidades sexuales e identidades de género.
La brecha salarial o falta de visibilidad en espacios corporativos, profesionales o del deporte en las mujeres, aumenta en aquellas personas que también son LBTI+. Cada una de estas letras, incluye realidades diferentes a las que queremos dar visibilidad: mujeres resilientes lesbianas, bisexuales, trans, intersexuales… Es por ello por lo que desde myGwork lanzamos este evento compuesto por un panel y networking, gracias a la colaboración de Lesworking, The Social Hub Madrid y Suma Content, así como del patrocinio de LELO.
El panel está compuesto por mujeres abiertamente LBTI+, que no solamente han desarrollado una gran carrera profesional; superando obstáculos en ámbitos como el cuerpo diplomático, el deporte, la gastronomía o la cultura. También, por su visibilidad como role models dando a conocer su orientación sexual y/o identidad de género, sirviendo así de inspiración a otras muchas mujeres.
Después del panel, se llevará a cabo una "fiesta" para que las asistentes puedan establecer contactos mientras disfrutan de bebidas y catering. Además, habrá un photocall que destacará a mujeres LBTI+ de reconocimiento público y compromiso social, así como a las organizaciones que respaldan el evento. Esto resaltará su visibilidad pública y su compromiso social.
El evento tendrá lugar en The Social Hub Madrid (Cuesta San Vicente, 28), en concreto el 17 de abril a las 19:00.

Within the myGwork community, April is the month dedicated to LBTI+ women. A month that includes notable dates such as Lesbian Visibility Day; the day on which this event is framed, expanding the scope to other sexual diversities and gender identities.
The wage gap or lack of visibility in corporate, professional, or sports spaces for women increases among those who are also LBTI+. Each of these letters encompasses different realities that we want to bring visibility to: resilient lesbian, bisexual, trans, intersex women... That's why myGwork is launching this event composed of a panel and networking, thanks to the collaboration of EuroCentralAsian Lesbian Community (EL*C), Lesworking, The Social Hub Madrid, and Suma Content, as well as the sponsorship of LELO.
The panel is composed of openly LBTI+ women, who have not only developed successful careers, overcoming obstacles in areas such as diplomacy, sports, gastronomy, or culture. Also, for their visibility as role models, openly sharing their sexual orientation and/or gender identity, thus serving as inspiration to many other women.
After the panel, a 'party' will be held for attendees to network while enjoying drinks and catering. Additionally, there will be a photocall highlighting publicly recognized and socially committed LBTI+ women, as well as organizations supporting the event. This will enhance their public visibility and social commitment.
The event will take place at The Social Hub Madrid (Cuesta San Vicente, 28), specifically on April 17th at 7:00 p.m.
