Since joining the company as an Accounts Payable assistant in 2001, Docherty has performed several roles. In his current position he provides functional support and oversight across day-to-day operations, reporting, database and financial management, budgets, change/project management, vendor management support and business continuity. He is also responsible for the compliance management of over 500 vendor staff ensuring that the appropriate risk mitigation controls are in place. Docherty served as co-lead, co-designer for the company’s Global LGBT Pride Ally program covering over 40,000+ members as well as a founding member of the LGBTA+ Employee Network committee in EMEA. In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 he was included in the FTOUTstanding list as a Top 50 LGBT Future Leader. He sits on the, Interbank LGBT Forum, Out Leadership Committee and is part of the RAHM and OutNEXT Alumni. Docherty believes everyone should be able to bring their whole selves to work to ensure they not only survive but also thrive. Harsha is a certified Women Leadership development, Pride sensitization(L3) trainer. She is married to Sasha(Dj, Music Producer and Sports Entrepreneur) and is a proud mother of Yuvaan, 10.     Christine has 24 years' experience in the Irish media & research industry, 5 with Kantar. Prior to Kantar, Christine held commercial roles at News UKI (Sunday Times, Sun, Storyful, Unruly), and previously strategy and planning roles at Javelin Group, McConnell’s Advertising in Dublin and Finlay Preece in Sydney, Australia. Christine oversees the management of TGI across Ireland of Ireland, strategically supporting our Media Owner and Agency Partnerships teams. Christine is a regular judge and conference speaker with IAPI, MII & PANI, providing insights on the Irish media and consumer landscape using TGI data. Alongside her day role Christine is Global Pride @ Kantar Co-Lead, inspiring her ERG team to ensure Kantar is a beacon to the LGBTQ+ community, empowering & inspiring every employee to celebrate their individuality and flourish at work. Christine is the founder of ADvocates Ireland, a collective of LGBTQ+ individuals and allies who are on a mission to make Ireland's media, marketing, and ad-land a genuinely inclusive and diverse industry, we can all be proud of. We strive to create a safe and supportive space, to encourage industry-wide education, to drive understanding and change. Christine has recently graduated (08/24) from University of Limerick with a first class honours post graduate diploma in Diversity Equity & Inclusion and continues to use her learnings to support I&D initiatives at Kantar and beyond.
